Concerning Eternal Life: Medawar's Theory states that we age because...?

Yes in theory - but wouldn't there also be people out there with the perfect genes who wouldn't die? Like there is the group of people passing down the semi-lethal older age genes that make them deteriorate and die but then doesn't it also follow that on the other side of the coin is the few select people with "pure" genes that wouldn't pass it down and live forever? Like the theory in Unbreakable where the one guy has glass bones and the other guy never gets sick or hurt to compensate? Is there a possibility that there are a select few people out there who will live forever with perfect genes and live in seclusion because of their difference?
