HELP!!! What is the best herbal essences shampoo for my hair?

my hair is kinda weird, sometimes it'll be really soft and smooth and non-frizzy/non-poofy and other times it poofs around my head and it'll feel really coarse-ish. right now im using the hello hydration one (blue and green bottle) but im not sure if its the best for me....does anyone hav any suggestions? thx!
