Question for women!!?!?!?

Hi, i asked a question before, it was about shaving my front bum, i said it was was itchy and wondered if anyone else did it, well i looked at the answers and they said it will get better but, its getting red and blotchey and in one of the paws that the hair grows from, there are a few spots, with white stuff in, one of them is massive, so i popped it, is this normal? is it infected? too embarresed to tell my mum :(
