If DNA evidence supported Mormon claims how would that influence you?

The recognized pre-Columbian American Y-chromosome lineage groups are C, Q1a3a1, Q1a3a* and Q1a3a4. Of these Q1a3a* is found in the Middle East. The M346 mutation that defines the Q1a3 haplogroup is found in the Middle East, India and Europe, but not East Asia or any part of Asia that would support the theory of an Asian-only origin for American Indians. As research continues, it may be that American Indians now thought to be Q1a3a* will be found to be Q1a3b. Currently about 15% of Yemenite Jews are Q1a3b and Q1a3b has not been detected in any non-Jewish group. How would such a discovery impact you're world view?
